Privileged to have taught in almost all prestigious business management institutes in Pune. Bringing real-life case studies and client problems to class and brainstorming those with students while exploring the topic at hand, has always been the pedagogy. In the last 6 years of conducting offline, online and hybrid courses, with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience for over 2,500 management students and corporate professionals and still counting has indeed been a cherished experience.
Authored textbooks for an online distance education platform in the fields of Digital marketing, Search engine optimization, Search engine marketing, Social media marketing and Digital marketing analytics certainly improved my learnings and gave me a chance to share my thoughts about the topics with students at large. Being a storyteller, play wrIter and an avid reader helped me draft my thoughts clearly with my target audiences – students! In future, I would certainly look out for such collaborative content creation opportunities with educational institutions, universities.
Pandemic was indeed a busy period, as many institutes approached for developing the online subject contents, topical presentation, tutored videos for marketing subjects. Also, helped several institutions to relook and realign their syllabus for marketing subjects with trending corporate topics.
Along with academic sessions, I also conduct customised corporate training workshops. These workshops are predominantly in the field of Online and Offline marketing, strategising marketing communication plans, etc., which are tailored to suit specific needs of corporates. The workshops are designed in conjunction with the business model and interactions with the teams to understand the nuances of clients’ business.
Conducting customised faculty development programs on digital marketing tools/software, metaverse introduction, applications of experiential marketing have been centered at boosting information to insight journey.
